Substitute Educator (m/f/d) to Support Our Daycare Team

We are a warm and family-oriented parent-run daycare (Kinderladen) located in the heart of Helmholtz-Kiez (Prenzlauer Berg). A small, close-knit community with lots of heart and humor. Our 19 children, aged 1–6, are curious, adventurous, and always ready for creative and fun ideas.
To provide flexible support for our educational team when needed, we are looking for a reliable and caring substitute educator to join us as soon as possible.

 

Your responsibilities:

• Provide flexible support to the educational team (mornings or afternoons, sometimes on short notice)

• Accompany children in daily activities such as playtime, crafts, meals, and excursions

• Bring your own ideas and initiatives (e.g., music, creative activities, etc.)
   

:What you bring

• Joy in working with children and a good sense for their needs

• Ideally, some initial experience in childcare

• A sense of responsibility, reliability, and openness

• No degree required – students or trainees are very welcome

• A current extended police clearance certificate (upon start)
